Refund Policy

1.1 The Buyer has a right to refuse from the good, ordered and/or paid in the e-shop in any time before receiving it, and after receiving it during 3 (three) days excluding the day of the purchase.

1.2 The refund/exchange of the goods of the appropriate quality is possible in case if there are no signs of the usage, its original package, marketable condition, consumer attributes, seals and factory labels and also the document which approves the purchase fact of the mentioned good  is save.If the Buyer does not have such document he/she has a right to refer to any other objective arguments of purchasing the good from this Seller. If there was a present to the good it should be given back together with the good. But in this case the present also should not have the signs of the usage, its marketable condition, consumer attributes, seals and factory labels and its original package should be save.

1.3 The refund of the  good of the appropriate quality but which was in use is impossible.

1.4 Partial refund/exchange of the goods of the appropriate quality, made in one order is possible.

1.5 During the refund or the exchange the goods of the appropriate quality the Buyer should follow the conditions: the good should be clean, without dust signs, without usage signs, without damage, without loss of the marketable condition in the original package. The package should not have any inside damage and bruise. In case of the disobey this condition the Seller ahs the right to refuse in exchange or refund the good.

1.6 For the refund/exchange of the good the Buyer should send the refund/exchange good by the mail and messenger service or deliver it using any other way to the address: 3501 Jack Northrop Ave Suite #E6710, Hawthorne, CA 90250, USA

1.7 During the delivery by mail and messenger service the refund/exchange is made as a parcel with the enclosure list and with the note “refund of the good/Exchange of the good”.

1.8 The sending of the refund/exchange good is paid by the Buyer.

1.9 The Seller has the right to check the good of the inappropriate quality during 10 (ten) working days from the moment of its refund.

1.10 The money refund is made by transmission to the Buyer’s settlement account from which the payment was made.

1.11 If the payment was done from the bank card, the money refund is made to the same settlement account from which the payment was made.

1.14 Incase if the Buyer refuses from the good of the appropriate quality the Seller gives back the money during 10 (ten) days from the moment of receiving the refund good. The Buyer cannot refuse from the good of the appropriate quality which has the definite individual characteristics if the mentioned good can be used only by the Buyer who purchases it.

1.15 Incase if the Buyer refuses from the good of the appropriate quality the Seller gives back the money during 10 (ten) days from the moment of ending the checking (if it is taking place) of the quality on conditions that the checking conclusions confirm the manufacturing defects. The good exchange of the appropriate quality is made during 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of the Buyer’s claim. If the additional checking of the good quality is necessary – during 20 (twenty) days from the claim. If the Buyer does not have the necessary good for the exchange the exchange is made during one month from the day of the claim.
